I designed my websites, produce / edit my own videos & podcasts. I am a self-published author & researcher of History and Mythology.

I speak fluent Spanish and English; can read some Swedish, French & Latin. I received a BA in Design & Art from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM/ Mexico City). 
I managed my family business (Green-Built Construction Company) in CA and WA states, from 2002-2011 & worked as a Consultant, Non-Toxic Interior Designer and Sales for Greenpods (www.greenpods.org) in Port Townsend, WA. An interview with the team can be found here:

Free-lance Sustainable Interior Design experience, using non-toxic & natural materials.  Free-lance artist: Photography; Exhibited my Wildlife-Art in Canada, US and Mexico & created a line of Wildlife greeting cards, T-shirts and posters. 

In my early 20s; I traveled to India to study Hatha Yoga & Meditation at Gurudev Siddha Peeth; Shree Muktananda Ashram in New York, and Siddha Yoga Ashram in Mexico. In my early twenties I became a Certified Fitness Consultant & taught Hatha Yoga & Meditation. I have a level 2, Reiki Mikao Usui Certificate.  I became self taught in Homeopathy,  Herbology, Ayurveda & detox regularly. I use Reflexology, Iridology, Aromatherapy & Flower Therapy,  I make my own Natural Home-made body care products; practice Mindful Meditation, Breath work, Gentle Yoga, Positive Affirmations, Being Grateful, walking, Sound Healing with Voice, Tuning Forks and Near Infrared Light Therapy.
